Our Story

Lahira lashes is a black owned beauty-tech brand birthed from our love for makeup in 2020. As a brand we wanted to provide an inclusive and unique customer experience. We believe the eyes are an important part of your make up routine and we want to be able to enhance the beauty each one of our customers behold.

As cliché as this may sound, our favourite part of our makeup routine is applying our lashes; we can all agree that lashes add a little je ne sais quoi to your beauty. As two black women who love wearing make up and all things beauty we can appreciate that we are all uniquely and wonderfully made.

You are never fully dressed without a smyze… whether you are doing your make up for a cute date night with bae, going on a night out or attending a red-carpet event; eyelashes elevate your look to the next level. Our founders are  women who appreciate a nice set of lashes to compliment your make-up look and eye shape. We know the disappointment of seeing a set of lashes you like but when you try them on, they either do not compliment your look or suit your eye shape; which has been the catalyst for our Virtual Vanity Room; a feature we launched in 2021 that allows you to virtually try on our lashes before you buy to make sure you find your perfect lash match.
